Ian Tinney
CEO and Founder
4Data Solutions was co-founded by Ian Tinney, who previously founded, ran, and successfully sold one of the first and most successful Splunk partners in EMEA, EQALIS Limited.

Ian combines a deep knowledge of technical subjects with a firm grasp of the challenges faced by CXOs and is able to bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions.

Ian brings experience from the world of large enterprise banking combined with entrepreneurial experience with small and medium start-ups, having built and run international teams of Splunk consultants.

Ian drives the strategy and commercial direction of the business, ensuring that together with co-founders Devan and Florian, that 4Data continues to root itself in good ethics and a highly service-driven culture.

Devan Willemburg

CISO and Founder

Having called Africa, Europe, Asia and the Middle East home, Devan has made a career at the intersection of technology and travel. With a background in network engineering and systems administration, he has for some years now focused on the security aspects of big data and automation across the enterprise, firm in the belief that the best defensive strategy is found in the intimate understanding of offensive strategy.
Devan is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Splunk Core Certified Consultant and has an MSc in Cybersecurity from the University of Liverpool.

Devan really enjoys an interesting challenge and works with dogged determination to solve problems. At 4Data, Devan is responsible for all things security whilst at the same time fulfilling some of the most complex security-based customer projects for Splunk's top customers.

Sharon Hedges

Chief Marketing Officer

Sharon Hedges, Chief Marketing Officer at 4Data Solutions, brings over 25 years of marketing experience from across the technology and other sectors.  Her experience within IT ranges from security, networking, big data & data analytics, working with vendors, distributors and resellers. 

With her, Sharon brings a network of skilled marketeers from across the marketing mix, to help address the constantly evolving needs of the business in the most cost efficient and impactful way.

Sharon works closely with the management team to drive 4Data’s marketing strategy and support the growth of the business.  She is focused on carving out a differentiated brand and story for the business, not only to help build a strong market reputation and drive demand but also to attract employees that fit the culture, ethics and mindset of the organisation.

Chris Chantrey

Consultant

Chris Chantrey is part of our growing professional services team, supporting our customers with Splunk and other technology implementations. Chris is a Certified Splunk Consultant and is Splunk Enterprise Security accredited.

Chris has a passion for computing (his earliest job was in the village computer repair shop), with a degree in Forensic Computing and Cybersecurity where his dissertation centred on the effects that quantum computers might have on the future of computing focusing on cybersecurity.

Chris is wholeheartedly enjoying the culture of 4Data and the opportunities for growth where he finds the work highly varied, interesting and with lots of training and development.

Dimitris Kambouris

Consultant

Dimitris is a member of the 4Data Professional Services team, joining the business after eight years of military service within a technical role in the Royal Corps of Signals.

During his time in the military, Dimitris was responsible for commanding armoured vehicles, deploying/maintaining complex systems and infrastructure in the field, and network and systems administration.  He worked on highly classified, bespoke projects both in Operations and Engineering departments.

Fascinatingly, he represented the UK twice in LOCKED SHIELDS, the largest ‘live-fire’ cyber security competition in the world, at NATO’s CCDCOE in Tallinn, Estonia.  He was also part of the team that competed in and won the Microsoft AI Hackathon, at their HQ in Reading and is currently studying Computer Science at Staffordshire University.
